Tooling to manipulate n-dimensional images.

nireports.tools.ndimage.rotate_affine(img, rot=None)[source]¶: Rewrite the affine of a spatial image.

nireports.tools.ndimage.rotation2canonical(img)[source]¶: Calculate the rotation w.r.t. cardinal axes of input image.
